We are pleased to welcome Stephen Dunphy (CIPD Assoc) as our new Senior Manager, HR at our Dublin headquarters. In his role, he will support SMFL Helicopters’ people strategy, strengthening employee engagement and talent development.

Stephen, an Associate Member of the CIPD, brings valuable human resources experience from the international financial services sector, having previously worked with LGT Capital Partners.
